Happy 2012 to each one of you visiting my website!!! Remember to gift yourself some time to de-stress and relax now that you’ve made it through the holidays and started a brand new year. Come try Reflexology, massage, and/or essential oil applications here at the clinic. It would be a pleasure to work with you!
Just as a reminder, although my specialty is in foot and hand Reflexology, I still do more traditional Swedish and lymphatic massage therapy. Many clients enjoy blending the modalities together in a single session, especially if they have never had Reflexology. All sessions are customized for each individual client and are focused upon a relaxation model of work.

Your personal physical, mental, psychological, emotional, and spiritual health are important. Are you feeling out of balance? Do you suffer from a challenging dis-ease of mind, body, or spirit? Stressful times pulling at you from all directions? Consider investing your time, energy, and financial resources in to body work as a gift to yourself!
I specialize in the ancient artist science of Reflexology. It is a non-invasive form of body work where I apply alternating pressure with thumb, finger, and hand techniques upon the surface area of the skin. Typically, my work is focused upon the outer ears, hands, and feet. Nerve endings corresponding to specific organs, glands, and body systems are stimulated to promote an overall sense of relaxation while working to increase circulation, promote balancing of internal system functioning, reduce pain, and increase awareness physically, mentally, spiritually, and/or energetically.
My clinic, A Nurturing Touch, was established in 2000 to serve clients of all ages, levels of health, and various stages of life! My goals are: 1.) to offer clients personalized, customized, quality bodywork in a professional and ethical environment and 2.) to offer superior continuing educational opportunities to those wishing to gain knowledge and improve skills.
Clients are primarily seen in the Little Rock, AR clinic Monday-Friday and some weekends. I do work in Conway, AR 2 days per month. Just remember that sessions are by appointment in both locations and you can schedule as far out on the calendar as is convenient for you!
